Alicia Huston

Alicia Huston has a diverse work experience in the field of project management and testing. Alicia currently works as a Project Manager at Protech Solutions, Inc since November 2021. Prior to this, Alicia worked at DCCA from November 2015 to November 2021 in various roles, including Deputy Program Director, Project Manager, and Team Lead. At DCCA, they managed a team of 26 members across different functional areas and handled budgeting, timelines, and scope for testing projects. From May 2011 to October 2015, Alicia worked at QSSI as a Senior Business Analyst and Team Lead. Alicia provided guidance for test process improvements, managed complex test workstreams, and developed effective test strategies.
