Ruby Prasad PMP®, CSM®, AWS- CCP, MBA has a wealth of experience in project and scrum management. Ruby Prasad began their career in 2012 as a Project Manager and Scrum Master at the Arizona Department of Education, where they were proficient in delivering projects in both waterfall and scrum methodology. In 2019, they moved to Teladoc Health, where they held the same role. In 2021, they joined Protecht as a Technical Project Manager and Scrum Master. Throughout their career, they have been skilled in leading teams to achieve their goals while adding value to the organization, and communicating effectively at all levels.

Ruby Prasad obtained their Bachelor of Science from St. Xavier's College, Ranchi and then went on to obtain their Master of Business Administration from Fortune Institute of International Business, specializing in International Business. Additionally, they hold certifications from the Project Management Institute and Scrum Alliance, having obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in June 2019 and their Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification in July 2019.
