Jason Lau is an experienced technology professional with a diverse background in cloud infrastructure and software development. Currently serving as Head of Platform at Protecht since April 2020, Jason oversees cloud architecture, automation, and Infrastructure as Code practices. Prior positions include AWS Senior Consultant at CMD Solutions Australia, where Jason focused on cloud consulting and data processing, and DevOps/Cloud Engineer at Cashrewards, where Jason successfully migrated serverless architectures and prototyped container orchestration solutions. Earlier career roles include senior consulting and development positions at PwC, OzForex, and within various digital agencies. Jason holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from UNSW and has demonstrated success in delivering enterprise-level applications for prominent clients.
