Jay McKenna

Jay McKenna serves as the Vice President at PROTECS Inc. since 2007, where responsibilities include overseeing a leading provider of high-tech construction management, design/build, and real estate development, and originating the proprietary Target Costing® project delivery system. Prior to this role, Jay McKenna worked as the Director and Principal at IPS-Integrated Project Services, LLC from 2000 to 2007, leading a team of 35-55 project delivery personnel for mid-size capital projects across the US. Earlier experiences include roles as a Project Manager at Luwa Bahnson from 1997 to 2000, a Project Engineer at Fluor Corporation in 1995-1996, and a Project Engineer at O'Brien Kreitzberg from 1989 to 1995. Jay McKenna holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stony Brook University.
