Adam Nygate

Adam Nygate is an experienced cybersecurity professional currently serving as the Head of Product for Threat Research at Protect AI since July 2023. Prior to this role, Adam founded and led huntr as CEO, focusing on proactive security research and remediation in open-source software until the company's acquisition by Protect AI. Adam has also held key positions, including Cyber Security Lead at BJSS, where a market-oriented portfolio of cyber security offerings was delivered, and Senior Security Architect at the Government Digital Service, providing expert advice on security strategies. Further experience includes roles as Solutions Architect at Wisenet and various development positions, including Lead Developer at Sageby Pte Ltd and Software Developer at Gentay Ltd. Adam holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Cyber Security from Edith Cowan University and additional qualifications in computing and IT.
