Protect Our Winters
Anna Callaghan is a freelance journalist and filmmaker with extensive experience in video production and editing. Currently, Anna holds positions as a Freelance Journalist since April 2014 and a Video Editor at Protect Our Winters since May 2021. Previous roles include Video Series Producer and Editor for Outside Magazine, where Anna produced and edited the monthly series "Eat Like" and served as Assistant Editor for Alpinist at Height of Land Publications. Additional experience encompasses producing over 30 videos as in-house producer for Talweg Creative, editorial fellowship with Outside Magazine, and reporting fellowship at The Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project. Anna holds a Master of Arts from New York University and a Bachelor of Science from Santa Clara University.

Protect Our Winters
Protect Our Winters is the environmental center point of the winter sports community. Founded by pro snowboarder Jeremy Jones in 2007, we are united towards a common goal of reducing climate change's effects on our sport and local mountain communities. With over 140,000 supporters worldwide, POW re-invests public and private contributions into educational initiatives, advocacy and supporting community-based initiatives that have tangible results.
