Carly Fink is a professional with a diverse background in strategic partnerships and operations, currently serving as the Strategic Partnerships Senior Manager at Protect Our Winters. Previous experience includes a managerial role at Goldenrod Capital, LLC, and an MBA internship at Enso Collaborative. Carly has also held multiple positions at Hipcamp, advancing from Market Manager to Senior Market Manager and then to Growth Operations Manager. Earlier in the career, Carly worked as an Account Executive focusing on Social Impact and Sustainability at Edelman. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and Geography from Middlebury College.

Protect Our Winters is the environmental center point of the winter sports community. Founded by pro snowboarder Jeremy Jones in 2007, we are united towards a common goal of reducing climate change's effects on our sport and local mountain communities. With over 140,000 supporters worldwide, POW re-invests public and private contributions into educational initiatives, advocacy and supporting community-based initiatives that have tangible results.
