Caroline Bridges is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in development and corporate social responsibility within the outdoor and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Development at Protect Our Winters since May 2022, Caroline focuses on advancing non-partisan policies to combat climate change. Previous roles include Sr. Manager of Development at the American Alpine Club, where responsibilities involved managing corporate partnerships and grant cycles. Earlier experience includes coordinating corporate giving at DaVita Kidney Care and freelance photography. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Science in Photojournalism from Boston University, complemented by a minor in English.

Protect Our Winters is the environmental center point of the winter sports community. Founded by pro snowboarder Jeremy Jones in 2007, we are united towards a common goal of reducing climate change's effects on our sport and local mountain communities. With over 140,000 supporters worldwide, POW re-invests public and private contributions into educational initiatives, advocacy and supporting community-based initiatives that have tangible results.
