Protect Our Winters
Johanna Ratschiller is an experienced climbing instructor and coach for AVS - Alpenverein Südtirol, focusing on AVS St. Pauls and the regional team for athletes under 14 years old since April 2015. In addition to coaching, Ratschiller serves as an ambassador for Mammut Italia, Protect Our Winters Italy, and So-Solid. Ratschiller's previous experience includes a role as Marketing & Communication Manager at Gourmet's International from November 2017 to August 2021 and Social Media Manager at Vertical-Life from 2016 to 2017. Ratschiller's education includes studies at Universität Innsbruck, Utah State University, and University of Vienna.

Protect Our Winters
Protect Our Winters is the environmental center point of the winter sports community. Founded by pro snowboarder Jeremy Jones in 2007, we are united towards a common goal of reducing climate change's effects on our sport and local mountain communities. With over 140,000 supporters worldwide, POW re-invests public and private contributions into educational initiatives, advocacy and supporting community-based initiatives that have tangible results.
