Audrey Desbonnet

Audrey Desbonnet currently serves as an Assistante RH at Protectas since August 2024, following a role as a Recruiter & Customer Success Specialist at Manpower Switzerland from March 2022 to August 2024. Prior experience includes working as a Medical Secretary at CHUV / Lausanne University Hospital, where responsibilities involved high-level administrative tasks, patient management, and event organization, as well as the implementation of analytical tools. Earlier, Audrey worked as a Customer Advisor at Mobilezone AG, managing customer interactions and sales processes, and served as an Administrative Assistant in the Swiss Armed Forces, where skills in SAP and administrative correspondence were utilized. Audrey holds a Specialist degree in Human Resources from FMP Formation and a Federal Vocational Diploma in Commerce from Centre de Formation Professionnelle Sion, while pursuing further education at Galway Business School.
