Frank Dantand

Frank Dantand is the current Chief Operating Officer at Protectas SA. Frank has previously held the position of Adm & Directeur Général Suisse at AURA Ressources Humaines from January 2008 to May 2012. Frank was responsible for the administration and management of six agencies in the Swiss Romande region, with approximately 30 employees and 600 temporary workers on the payroll. After the acquisition of Free Man in 2007, they oversaw the legal, administrative, financial integration and the implementation of the commercial organization.

From January 2002 to December 2008, Dantand was the Director of Sales for Start People SA, an international company (USG People 5th in Europe) with five branches in the Swiss Romande region, 25 internal employees, 450 temporary workers, and a turnover of approximately 25 million CHF.

Dantand has also held the position of Directeur National des Ventes Suisse at ISS Facility Services A/S from January 1990 to December 2002.

Frank Dantand's educational career includes a SMT 2015 from SMT Securitas AB Group Management Training in the field of security and safety environment, an Attestation de formation in the field of continuing management education from APM Association Progrès Management, a TOP Management from Krauthammer in Gland in the field of management, a Coordinateur de Vente from SAWI in Lausanne in the field of commerciale, and a Baccalauréat Technique from Lycée Technique Bâtiment Roger Deschaux (F) in the field of génie civil. Frank also has had training for senior executives of national security network from Geneva Centre for Security Policy in the field of administration and management in security and safety.
