Ariel Toledo

Ariel Toledo has a solid work history starting in 2016 as a Store Cashier at ShopRite. In 2018, they transitioned to become a Help Desk Technician at the State University of New York College at Oswego, where they provided technical support and managed user accounts. Most recently, Ariel joined Protected Harbor in 2021, initially working as an On-Site Technician before transitioning to a role as a Jr. Network Engineer in 2022. In this role, they designed and maintained network infrastructure, deployed and configured Windows Server environments, and provided escalated desktop support to end users.

Ariel Toledo earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences, General from the State University of New York at Oswego. In addition to their degree, Ariel also obtained certifications in "The Bits and Bytes of Computer Networking" from Coursera | Google in June 2021, and "Technical Support Fundamentals" from Coursera | Google in August 2019.
