Zack Mandel

Zack Mandel has worked in various roles at Protective Asset Protection and Protective Life. At Protective Asset Protection, they started as a Contract Associate I in July 2016 and was promoted to Contract Services Associate III in March 2020. In July 2022, they became a Senior Specialist in CX Operations, where they focused on process and system enhancements for the Contract Services department. Zack also provided high-level customer and dealer support and trained new team members. Currently, they hold the position of Lead Specialist in CX Operations, starting in December 2022. At Protective Life, Zack served as a Contract Associate II from March 2019 to November 2021.

Zack Mandel attended the College of Lake County from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained an Associate of Arts degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education.
