Firas Haddad

Firas Haddad is an experienced IT professional with a focus on systems engineering and technical support. Currently serving as an IT Systems Engineer Sr. at Progressive Insurance since December 2021, Firas previously held various roles at Protective Insurance from September 2016, including IT Services Tier III Engineer and IT Customer Support Technician. Firas has expertise in VMware virtual desktop support, Active Directory administration, and incident troubleshooting, along with a customer service-oriented approach to technical support across multiple tiers. Earlier career experiences include positions as an Ecommerce Specialist at The Accent Shop Inc., a Technology Consultant at Jameson Camp, and participation in a project at Living Lab, IUPUI, where network monitoring initiatives were implemented. Firas holds a degree in Computer & Information Technology from Indiana University Indianapolis.
