Shahriar Ahmed

Shahriar Ahmed currently serves as the Vice President of Internal Audit at Protective Islami Life Insurance Limited and as General Manager of Accounts & Finance at Sameer Group since July 2020. Previously, Shahriar held the position of Account Manager at Meghna Cement Mills Ltd from May 2012 to August 2019, where responsibilities included the implementation and control of Accounts Receivable SD & Finance modules in SAP Transformer Software. Prior roles include Deputy Manager of Accounts at Meghna Cement Mills Ltd and various positions at Bashundhara Housing, from Senior Account Executive to Account Executive. Shahriar's educational background includes ongoing studies in Professional Accounting at the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh, an MBA in Marketing from East West University, a Masters in Commerce with a focus on Finance & Banking, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from National University, Bangladesh.
