April Jackson currently serves as Lead Analyst in Enterprise Risk Management at Protective Life, a role involving strategic insights, competitive analysis, and collaboration with senior leadership on risk appetite processes. Previously, Jackson held various positions including AVP in Corporate Communications & Investor Relations and AVP as Audit Director at Protective Life, where responsibilities encompassed internal audits, financial performance analysis, and executive communication. Jackson also served as Internal Audit Director at Huntsville Utilities, Senior Internal Auditor at Intergraph, and Legislative Auditor for the State of Tennessee, demonstrating a strong foundation in auditing and risk management. Currently, April Jackson is a board member for Breakthrough Collaborative and has experience in recruiting from a tenure at Robert Half.
