Donya Flohr, MS, CCMP, currently serves as IT Strategy Senior Director and Senior Director of Business Transformation at Protective Life since May 2022. Previously, Donya held the position of Director of Corporate Communications and Enterprise Change Sponsor at COUNTRY Financial® from 2018 to 2022. With an extensive background at State Farm® from 2000 to 2018, Donya's roles included Public Affairs Director, Enterprise Change Adoption Senior Manager, Chief of Staff and Communication Manager, Enterprise Services Manager, Public Affairs Specialist, Human Resources Communications Analyst, and Medical Claims Representative. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Health Education from Illinois State University and a Bachelor of Science in Community Health from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
