Jim Pickle has a diverse background in law, particularly in the areas of Mergers and Acquisitions, Venture Capital, Corporate Governance, and Emerging Growth. Jim has held various legal positions at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, Maynard Cooper & Gale, and DLA Piper. Currently, Jim serves as the Vice President & Senior Counsel at Protective Life. Prior to their legal career, Jim also gained experience in investment management as a Global Wealth Investment Management Summer Analyst at U.S. Trust.
