Kat Depalma

Kat DePalma has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Lead Associate and HR Partner at Protective Life since January 2018. Previous roles include Associate II and Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Specialist, and Executive Administrative Assistant within the same company. Kat DePalma has also instructed composition courses as a Composition Instructor at Auburn University and served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the same institution. Early career experience includes roles as Keyholder and Sales Associate at ANN INC. Academically, Kat DePalma earned a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature, Composition from Auburn University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Mathematics from Florida State University.
