Kwok Ngan

Kwok (Dustin) Ngan is a Senior Analyst in Business Systems and Data Governance at Protective Life since November 2023. Prior to this role, Ngan worked at PwC from January 2018 to October 2023, progressing from Manager to Senior Associate in the Digital Risk Solutions team, where responsibilities included coordinating audit engagements and executing analytics for healthcare clients. Earlier experience includes serving as a Shipping Specialist at A&M Tape & Packaging from March 2014 to June 2016, managing shipping operations and cost analysis. Ngan holds a Master’s Degree in Information Systems and Operations Management from the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business (2016-2017) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government and East Asian Language and Literature (Chinese) from the University of Florida (2009-2013).
