Pamela Young

Pamela Young is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in application support and project management. Currently serving as Engineer II in Computer Systems at Protective Life since March 2022, Pamela manages the full application lifecycle, oversees security policies, and ensures application performance and availability. Prior to this role, Pamela worked as an Application Support Specialist at Graphic Packaging International, where responsibilities included designing user interfaces, updating application configurations, and training staff. Pamela's earlier experience includes project management roles at Keystone and New Hampshire Union Leader, focusing on business transformation and communication with key stakeholders.
