Terry G. Cummings is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Program Manager at Protective Life. Previously, Terry held the position of Director of Enterprise Shared Services Training and also served as the Performance & Talent Management Manager at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama, along with a role as Internal Communications Manager at o2ideas. As the Founder and CEO of Be Ye Transformed, LLC, Terry demonstrates entrepreneurial leadership. Terry holds a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration and Management from Miles College and attended Virginia College.
