Viren Dial has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Associate II at Protective Life since January 2022. Prior to this role, Viren held positions including Senior Campus Recruiter at PNC for a brief period and a Business Development/New Digital Business Recruiter at BBVA in the USA from May 2011 to October 2021. In various roles at BBVA, responsibilities included developing consulting relationships, managing recruiting campaigns, and providing HR support for onboarding processes. Viren has also worked as a Procurement Systems Support Specialist and HR Admin Coordinator at BBVA, focusing on process improvement and compliance. Currently pursuing an MBA at Strayer University, Viren previously earned a BBA in Human Resources Management and Services from the same institution.
