Gabriella Szasz

Gabriella Szasz has a strong background in quality assurance and IT governance, with extensive experience in leading and transforming organizations. Gabriella is currently working at Citi as the Global Head of Agile Test Management, a position they started in 2022. Prior to this, they worked at QA Consultants from 2020 to 2022 as the Senior Partner, responsible for leading and transforming the Strategic Advisory Services Group. At Wells Fargo, they served as the SVP and Global CIO of Enterprise Quality Engineering & IT Governance for Agile Transformation from 2017 to 2020. Before that, Gabriella was the Managing Director of the Global Quality Assurance (QA) Center of Excellence at BNY Mellon from 2014 to 2017. Gabriella also worked as the Executive Director and Chief Quality & Development Officer at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from 2011 to 2014, where they built a cross-functional team. Additionally, they held the role of Director of IT Governance, Application Development & QA at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from 2010 to 2011, and Director of Global IT Governance & QA at Citco Group from 2005 to 2010. Throughout their career, Gabriella has consistently focused on driving business quality, consistency, and efficiencies through automation, standards, reporting, KPIs, and testing.
