William Lockwood

Mr. Lockwood has three decades of experience in corporate, investment banking and entrepreneurial, multinational tax and investor relations. He has extensive experience in life science strategy as a biopharmaceutical equity analyst, advisor to NSF SBIR and advisor to the Abbvie Board.Mr. Lockwood is a co-founder of the general partner to a family of Private Equity Funds of Funds, and a former investment banking due diligence consultant for McKinsey & Co and advisor to the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. He had former roles as the CEO, EVP and VP of the Government Development Bank, Puerto Rico. He has previously advised HP, Goldman Sachs, Thomas H. Lee, Citibank, and Brookings.
