Melissa Hurst

Melissa Hurst, currently a Project Manager at Protein Industries Canada, previously served as the DairyTrace Program Manager at Lactanet and as the Provincial Livestock Traceability Specialist at the Government of Saskatchewan. Prior to these roles, Melissa worked as a Research Analyst at the Saskatchewan Crop Insurance Corporation and as a Claims Adjudicator at Agricorp. Melissa graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Studies in 2011.
