Alfredo Ochoa

Alfredo Ochoa has held various engineering and management roles in the semiconductor industry. From 2016 to present, they have been the Director of Engineering, Product Line Manager, and Product and Applications Engineering Manager at ProTek Devices. From 2001 to 2016, they were the Product Marketing and Applications Engineering Director at Panjit Americas, Inc., where they supported customers worldwide in their application of all the semiconductor product portfolio and was responsible for the product definition and development and project management of all the discrete semiconductor products. From 2000 to 2001, they were the Strategic Marketer at ON Semiconductor, where they developed the new platform of TVS arrays and presented new product development projects with business justification and cost analysis. From 1991 to 2000, they held the role of Thyristors Product Application Manager and New Product Development Engineer - Thyristors at Motorola de Mexico, S.A., where they managed the applications and characterization lab and developed applications simulation tests. From 1988 to 1991, they were a Manufacturing Engineer and Wafer Process Assistant Engineer at Motorola de Mexico, S.A.

Alfredo Ochoa obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universidad ITESO (Mexico) between 1985 and 1989.
