Justyna Andrysiak

Justyna is the Chief Product Development Officer of Proteon Pharmaceuticals where she is responsible for the acquisition of more than EUR 7.7mln in non-dilutive R&D and commercial grants. Justyna is an experienced project manager supporting multiple projects with high complexity and managing external grant acquisition, execution and compliance. Her dedication to building a culture based on bottoms-up initiatives and collaboration across organizational boundaries results in a true one team approach to innovation. She also provides day-to-day leadership and supervision of Administration, Human Resources, Real Estate, Procurement and Corporate Affairs.

Justyna holds a master’s degree in Biotechnology (specialization in Technical Biochemistry) and is a certified project manager.
