Aloysius Tank

Aloysius Tank is a seasoned engineering and quality management professional with extensive experience in the automotive and electric vehicle sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Quality Engineering at Proterra Inc since March 2013, Aloysius has achieved significant reductions in defects and revamped quality inspection processes while focusing on built-in quality methodologies. Previous roles include Senior Manager for Root Cause Corrective Action and Quality Manager, where Aloysius developed critical reporting systems and led successful projects including the launch of a new powertrain. Experience also spans positions as an Engineer at Toledo Electromotive Inc and a Quality Engineer Specialist at Chrysler, where Aloysius contributed to new product launches and quality assurance initiatives. Aloysius holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Toledo and a degree in Mechanical Design with CAD from Owens Community College.
