Eric Almberg

Eric Almberg is a seasoned electrical engineer with extensive experience in leading engineering projects across various companies. Currently serving as a Staff Electrical Engineer at Proterra Inc since August 2023, Eric's prior role as Lead Engineer at UPS from June 2017 to August 2023 involved significant contributions such as developing a COVID-19 risk mitigation response and leading IoT governance strategies. Eric founded the UPS IoT Collaboration Center, which focuses on rapid prototyping for custom hardware projects. Earlier roles included positions at PicoTurbine International, Xtreme Racecars, and various internships, showcasing a strong background in hardware design, embedded programming, and project leadership. Eric holds a B.S. in Engineering Physics from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
