Mark Boston has a diverse work experience in various industries. Before that, Mark worked at Subaru of Indiana Automotive, where they served as an Operations Management Analyst and later as a PPM and Operations Manager, leading project planning and management, maintaining communication and documentation, and coordinating reporting for new model launches. Mark began their career at Walker Information as an Assistant Project Manager, responsible for managing market research studies. Additionally, Mark has entrepreneurial experience as the owner, designer, and maker of custom furniture and wooden objects at BeIndy Furniture.

Mark Boston's education history begins with Bachelor's degrees in both Business Management and International Business, which they earned from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and Herron School of Art + Design, respectively, from 2007 to 2011.
