Michelle Leach, SPHR, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in total rewards management, benefits administration, and compensation strategy. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Total Rewards at Proterra since April 2024, Michelle expertly manages a comprehensive compensation program and oversees payroll for multistate employees. Previous roles include Senior Global Total Rewards Manager at 3E and Compensation and Benefits Manager at OTO Development, where strategic initiatives were implemented to enhance employee engagement and compliance.
