Neha Vedavathi Rama

Neha Vedavathi Rama possesses extensive experience in engineering, particularly in stress analysis and design for the aerospace and electric vehicle industries. Currently serving as a Senior Stress Engineer at Proterra Inc since April 2022, Neha previously held similar roles at Romeo Power, Inc., where responsibilities included finite element analysis (FEA) of battery modules, shock and vibration analysis, and structural integrity evaluations. Prior experience includes internships and analyst positions at DHI Innovative Technologies, Embraer, and the Aeronautical Development Agency, focusing on interior structure analysis, design optimization, and load calculations. Neha holds a Master of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering.
