Berendien Bos has extensive experience in communication, project coordination, and consulting within the Protestant Church in the Netherlands and various cultural organizations. Since January 2015, Berendien has served as a mobility consultant at the Protestant Church, facilitating the placement of ministers and church workers. Additional roles within the organization include community contact support, serving as a confidant for young faith communities, and being a member of the works council. Berendien has also contributed to the Pride Church Service since 2014, overseeing the annual celebration during Pride week. Previous positions include project and communication roles at Mozeshuis and Joods Maatschappelijk Werk, as well as impactful volunteer work in literacy projects. Berendien holds a Master's degree in Public History from the University of Amsterdam and a post-HBO in Journalism.
