Joe Ferrer

Joe Ferrer has a wealth of experience in the sports performance industry. Joe began their career in 2012 as Director of Education at Bommarito Performance Systems, where they instructed BPS Level 1 and Level 2 workshops throughout the entire west coast USA. Joe also served as Director of MLB Off-Season Development, Director of Pro Performance, Director of NFL Off-Season, Intern Coordinator, Director of NMB Youth Sales, and Director of Youth Performance. In 2019, they became a Business Owner at Reroute Perf, and in 2022, they took on the role of Account Executive at Proteus Motion. Joe has worked with over 500+ MLB/MiLB players, tripled overall revenue of MLB offseason development since taking over the program in 2014, and worked directly with in-house physical therapists and chiropractors daily to coordinate systems that benefit the athlete from a medical standpoint. Joe has also utilized SalesForce to track prospective clients and maintain contact, led meetings with sales team to track weekly goals and progress, and written customized workouts for out-of-state athletes.

Joe Ferrer attended Florida Atlantic University from 2008 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. Joe also has certifications from Bommarito Performance Systems, Red Cross Blood Services, the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), Muscle Activation Techniques\u00ae, and Resistance Training Specialist.
