Ziad Khoder

Ziad Khoder has over 20 years of work experience in various sales and management roles. Currently, they are the Head of Sales at Proteus, where they utilize their industry knowledge to lead sales efforts in the Engineering, Consulting, and Energy industry. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Development Manager at Infobiz Ltd, where they developed strategic business development and client value creation models for intelligent automation solutions.

Ziad also has experience working at Schlumberger, where they held several roles including Regional Sales Manager and Sales Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for driving sales growth, managing accounts, and developing sales teams. Additionally, Ziad served as the Geomarket HR Manager in India, where they played a key role in developing strategic workforce plans and implementing compensation and benefits plans.

Earlier in their career, Ziad worked as an Operations Manager and Sales Manager at Schlumberger Information Solutions, where they were in charge of business planning, sales growth, and customer engagement. Ziad also worked as a Key Account Manager, where they successfully drove sales and maintained strong client relations.

Before joining Schlumberger, Ziad worked as a Technical Sales Engineer, where they developed accounts and provided technical and pre-sales support for IT infrastructure solutions in the O&G industry.

Ziad Khoder has a strong education background in engineering and energy transition. In 1990, they graduated from the American University of Beirut with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. Ziad went on to pursue a Master's of Engineering (MEng) degree in Electronics, Devices, and Systems from the same institution, completing it in 1997.

In terms of additional certifications, Ziad obtained the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in December 2019. Ziad also became a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) in June 2020.

In 2015, Ziad participated in the ULead Leadership Program at INSEAD, further enhancing their leadership skills.

More recently, in 2022, Ziad continued their education at Robert Gordon University, where they completed two upskilling modules. The first module focused on Energy Transition Management, while the second module addressed Renewables and the Energy Transition.
