Donna Masterman

Donna Masterman has a wealth of experience in the medical field, with a focus on neuroscience and Alzheimer's disease. Donna currently holds the position of VP Medical Affairs and Neuroscience Lead at Prothena Corporation plc. Prior to this, they held various roles at Biogen, including Global Medical, AD Head Biogen Intercontinental Region and Executive Medical Director. Donna also has experience at Genentech as a Principal Medical Director and at Roche as a Sr. Medical Director. Earlier in their career, they worked at Amgen as a Medical Director and at the UCLA Alzheimer Disease Center as an Associate Professor.

Donna Masterman's education history includes attending the University of Washington - School of Medicine from 1983 to 1989. During this time, they obtained an MD degree with a specialization in Internal Medicine and Neurology. Additionally, they pursued a master's degree in Physiology and Biophysics, which was completed alongside their medical degree at the same institution.
