Prior to this role, Jay was a Partner at Arthur Andersen from September 2000 to May 2002, focusing on Market Integration. Jay's career began at Arthur Andersen LLP, where from 1995 to 2000, Jay managed the development of National IT Infrastructure Services and assisted companies in integrating ERP systems. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Management Information Systems from The University of Dallas (1994-1996) and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Central Oklahoma (1979-1983).
