Michael Trahar is a seasoned legal expert with 20 years of experience in litigation, in-house counsel, and global FCPA investigations across over 35 countries. They have expertly handled every phase of legal investigations, including compliance counseling, whistleblower responses, and negotiations with regulatory bodies. Previously, Michael served as a U.S. Marine Corps infantry officer for 12 years, where they coordinated multinational exercises and operations globally. Currently, they hold the position of Legal Consulting Director at Protiviti, following roles as General Counsel at Forensic Risk Alliance and a litigation attorney at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP. Michael earned their law degree from The George Washington University Law School.
