Seth Edwards

Seth Edwards is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in internal audit and risk management. Currently serving as a Director at Protiviti since July 2005, Seth leads discussions to establish and document controls for Sarbanes Oxley compliance and has directed numerous internal audit engagements across various industries, including financial services and manufacturing. Previously, as a Senior Internal Auditor at Holman Enterprises from July 2003 to July 2005, Seth played a key role in planning and executing internal audit functions to ensure regulatory compliance, generated audit reports, and collaborated with external auditors. Seth holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Economics from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business.
