Shari Katz

Shari Katz, CPA, CIA, CRMA, CGMA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in internal and external audit services. Since May 2002, Shari has served as a Director at Protiviti, where responsibilities include overseeing the Internal Audit training curriculum, developing methodologies, tools, training, and thought leadership for audit services. Prior to this role, Shari was a Manager at Arthur Andersen LLP from May 1993 to May 2002, where management of outsourced internal audit engagements took place, along with the performance of external audit services across various sectors, including manufacturing and not-for-profit. Shari holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Indiana University Bloomington.
