Phani Suresh Reddy Gudimetla Ph.D.

Phani Suresh Reddy Gudimetla, PhD, P. Eng, is an accomplished Senior Research and Development Engineer at Protocase since June 2014, specializing in process improvement and workflow optimization within the Engineering and Design Services Department and Production Floor. Prior experience includes roles as E&DS Manager and Lead Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed hiring and training junior engineers and designing custom enclosures using Solidworks. Phani's engineering expertise was further demonstrated at Worley Parsons - Intecsea as a Senior Engineer, conducting finite element studies, and at STePS2 Research Group as a Research Project Engineer focused on structural experimental equipment design and testing. Phani holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Memorial University, complemented by a Master of Engineering in CAD and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering.
