Rachel Holden

Rachel Holden has extensive experience in the education sector, currently serving as Operations Manager for the South West & West Midlands regions at Protocol Education since May 2015. Initially starting as Branch Manager of the Bristol Primary branch, Rachel successfully expanded operations by managing multiple branches and facilitating rapid growth in the South West region. Prior to this role, Rachel held positions as Sales Team Manager, Senior Consultant, and Consultant within Protocol Education, contributing to the placement of teachers and teaching assistants across the country. Rachel's career began as a Primary Teacher at both South Gloucestershire Council and Protocol Education, following a Bachelor of Arts (BA hons) in Primary Initial Teacher Education (QTS) from the University of Worcester.
