Renat Khasanshyn

RENAT Khasanshyn has had extensive work experience in various roles and companies. RENAT is currently a Founding Member of Atomica DAO, a role they have held since May 2018. RENAT is also a Founding Member of Protofire DAO since May 2016. Additionally, they work at dexFreight as a Protocols & DeFi (Lending / Insurance) expert, starting from May 2019.

RENAT has also been involved in the blockchain and technology industry for several years. RENAT served as a Board Member of Decentralized Insurance Foundation at Etherisc since February 2017. Furthermore, RENAT is the Founder & Board Member of Altoros, a company specializing in helping Fortune 500 organizations digitize their revenue streams through cloud-native applications and Web 3/DeFi/digital asset services. RENAT joined Altoros in June 2002, and the company has grown to have 300+ employees across 5 countries.

Additionally, RENAT has been an active participant in industry organizations. RENAT was a Corporate Member of The Linux Foundation, representing Altoros, from November 2016 to November 2017. RENAT also served as the Representative of Altoros and a Silver Founding Member at the Cloud Foundry Foundation from February 2014 to May 2017.

Earlier in their career, RENAT founded Apatar, Inc., one of the first open source data integration software applications, in April 2008. RENAT also worked as the VP of Engineering at PriMed, Inc. in 2002, where they led the digital transformation of a 400-agent insurance agency.

Lastly, RENAT's first job in the US was as an Ocean Lifeguard at Lack's Beach Service from June 2001 to September 2001.

Renat Khasanshyn's education history starts with their attendance at the Zhodzina School for Mathematics and Physics from 1993 to 1998. RENAT then joined the Belarusian National Technical University from 1998 to 2001, where they studied Economics, Hydrotechnical Engineering, and Neural Networks Modeling in E-commerce Using Kohonen Self Organizing Maps. In 2012 and 2013, Renat undertook training at Altoros Cloud Foundry. RENAT completed the Cloud Foundry for Developers program and the Cloud Foundry for Operators program. In 2013, they also attended Stanford Continuing Studies, focusing on "Cloud Computing: Selling & Marketing SaaS to the Enterprise" in the BUS 105 course.
