Alex Miranker

Alex Miranker is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in engineering, research, and education. Currently serving as a Manufacturing Engineer and Digital Manufacturing Designer at Protolabs since April 2020, Alex has previously worked in recruitment and admissions for City Year, aiding in the onboarding of AmeriCorps Members, and also contributed as an AmeriCorps Member, mentoring and tutoring. With research experience at Yale University in both the Department of Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry and the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science, Alex has developed computer simulations to study complex biological and fluid dynamics. Alex holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from St. Olaf College.
