Jessica Tylkowski

Jessica Tylkowski has a diverse range of work experience. Jessica currently works at Protolabs as the Project Management Lead, where they manage a team of Project Managers and Customer Success Representatives. Jessica has created training documentation and customer policies that have helped the company achieve high customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores. Jessica also handles escalations and complex cases, sets target values, and monitors team performance.

Prior to their role at Protolabs, Jessica was a Project Manager at 3D Hubs, where they originated and refined a new role to cater to changing customer needs. Jessica identified and mitigated project risks, monitored project progress, and maintained strong relationships with customers.
