Joe Schwartzbauer

Joe Schwartzbauer is an accomplished Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) professional with extensive experience in management and consulting roles across various industries. Currently serving as the EHS Manager at Protolabs since June 2022 and at Carrier Fire & Security since October 2015, Joe oversees multiple sites in the U.S. and the U.K. Joe's previous experience includes running SQA Consulting, LLC, where strategic EHS planning and compliance auditing were primary focuses, as well as significant roles at Boston Scientific and American Medical Systems where Joe enhanced safety cultures and led compliance initiatives. Joe has also held executive positions at DualCurrency Systems and Mendota Holdings, Inc., as well as serving as Chief Operating Officer at the Institute for Environmental Assessment, Inc. Joe holds a BA from the University of Minnesota and a Mini MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
