Kiana D. Watson (Williams) has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011 as a Staffing Manager / Executive Recruiter at Robert Half, where they achieved outstanding performance and ranked 6th among all new hires worldwide. Kiana D. then worked as a Contract Recruiter at Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK before joining Parker and Lynch as an Executive Recruiter. From 2014 to 2016, Kiana worked at MS Companies as a Recruiter, Recruiting Manager, and Director of Field Recruiting. Kiana D. later joined Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK again, this time as a Regional Recruiter, Key Sales Executive, and Senior Recruiter.

In 2018, Kiana took on the role of Talent Partner at Viral Launch, followed by a position as a Talent Partner at Precision Sourcing Solutions in 2019. Kiana D. then joined Herff Jones in 2019 as a Talent Acquisition Manager and later as a Business Transformation Leader in the K-12 Division.

Kiana D. Watson (Williams) obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication-Rhetorical Theory from Miami University in 2005. Kiana D. then pursued further education and completed their Master of Arts (MA) degree in Communication from Miami University in 2007.

In addition to their academic achievements, Kiana has also obtained several certifications. Kiana D. obtained certifications in Problem Solving and Business Strategy from McKinsey & Company in June 2021 and April 2021, respectively. Moreover, they acquired the Essentials of Project Management certification from the University of Chicago in August 2020.
