Prathamesh Rawool

Prathamesh Rawool is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering consultancy and project management. Since co-founding Proton Engineering Consultancy & Services in January 2018, Prathamesh has led the company's strategic direction and operational growth, fostering a culture of innovation that has driven significant expansion. Prior to this role, Prathamesh served as Project Manager at Snc Lavalin Engineering India Private Limited, where responsibilities included project scheduling, client coordination, and quality control. Additional experience includes managing projects at Essar Engineering Services Limited and earlier positions in various engineering roles at Jacobs Engineering India Private Limited, Mott MacDonald, Toyo Engineering Corporation, and SHARPLINE ENGINEERING SERVICES. Prathamesh holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai and Yeshwantrao Chavan College of Engineering.
