Azham Mat Yasir

Azham Mat Yasir is currently the Senior Manager of Performance Management at Proton, a position held since November 2023, focusing on developing and implementing performance management frameworks to enhance organizational effectiveness. Previously, Azham served as the Head of Human Resources at Infomina Berhad from August 2019 to November 2023, leading regional HR functions in the APAC region. Azham's extensive experience includes roles such as Human Resources Manager and Senior Advisor at EMKAY Group, Head of HR Advisory & Consulting at IHR Consulting Sdn Bhd, and HR Administrator at DB Schenker, where responsibilities covered a range of HR functions including recruitment, advisory, and business development. Azham holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Development from Universiti Putra Malaysia and notable leadership experience as President of the Student Council during university studies.
